Dr. Pam Hernandez-Kaufman

I am Dr. Pam Hernandez-Kaufman, a licensed psychotherapist with 20 years of experience helping individuals, couples, teens, children and families find solutions that are right for them when life and relationships become challenging. I believe that people are impacted by their past and influenced by their thoughts. I work with people to help them heal their emotional wounds and to modify unhealthy thoughts they may have come to believe. I specialize in working with the many, and often complex, emotional and mental health issues. Our private practice offices are located in Cool Springs and Spring Hill. My favorite quote: “I think all can be reduced in the end to this one root truth: that God calls human persons to union with Himself and with one another in Christ” - Thomas Merton

Zion Huang

I am Zion Huang originally from Taipei, Taiwan. I was originally exposed to Chinese Martial Arts and Tai Chi as a member of a Tai Chi club at Chung-Hsing University. I immigrated to the United States in 1984, eventually settling down in Nashville. When I responded to a calling for studying Acupuncture, I was able combine my interest in Chinese Medicine, Qi Gong, and energy healing with my faith and passion for healing arts in order to help others in need. In 2011, I graduated from Jung Tao School of Classical Chinese Medicine, and founded my practice in Nashville, TN. In 2016 I opened the Streams of Grace Acupuncture and Wellness Center in Brentwood, TN. I have taught fundamental Tai Chi and Qi Gong at the Green Hills YMCA for 20 years.

Corey Ilesco

I am Corey Ilesco, a Nashville native and traditionally trained Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) with my MS in Exercise and Nutrition Science. I completed my initial undergraduate degrees at Wake Forest in 2007, but reentered academia to pursue my passion for holistic nutrition. While starting a family—and tragically widowed—during my graduate years, I’ve been driven to share my experiences of the mind-strengthening capacity of nutrition. My hope for you is to discover nutrition as integral to overall health beyond a dress size; it supports our moods, emotional balance, neurochemistry, and, ultimately, healing.
